Should I Get a 20 Or 25-Pound Kettlebell?

There is a whole lot more context required to answer this question correctly. But in general, if you’re going to be doing explosive/ballistic exercises like the kettlebell swing then you want to lean toward the higher end and if you’re a beginner who’s going to do presses (slow movements) then you want to lean toward the lower end.
