8-Week Easy to understand 5-day split hypertrophy program for busy people
This program includes everything that you need to increase muscle size with kettlebells, dumbbells, or even machines. The program focuses on the muscle groups with the most potential for growth and is designed for busy people that only have up to 45 minutes to spend working out at home or in the gym. Because of its design, 5 days per week are required.
This is a 5-day split that incorporates all the important muscle groups and a printable schedule that stipulates exactly what to do when to do it, and with what weight, and has a timeline so that you can stay on schedule with your training each session.
The video covers a demonstration of all the exercises both with kettlebells and dumbbells, and there is also a section that explains what machines you can use in the gym for more isolation.
The video is over 50 minutes in length and the index will make it easy for you to skip to the right section or exercise when you need to view a demo for form and technique.
The program includes a 2-week lead-in and eventually incorporates drop sets and 1 ½ reps for optimal muscle growth and mass. The program is repeatable so you can turn it into a 4-month program.
