    A great book that offers a lot of input, knowledge, and information on workouts and complexes. I really enjoyed reading it. On top, it contains very valuable information on grips and common Kettlebell info. You will find anything from complexes at beginner to intermediate and advanced level, from cardio, fat burning or strength building complexes.
    What I like most is that it contains also some complexes for the #CAVEMANROM program. I can highly recommend that book.
