The Business
In 2004 in Australia, Executive Results was created which eventually ran the biggest and most popular boot camps in Brisbane Queensland. That venture turned into the creation of two functional gyms in Brisbane called THE TOUGH SPOT. Those gyms started Cavemantraining™ in 2009 and brought functional training, BJJ, and kettlebells for the first time to Danang Vietnam as our third gym and was called GYM ELITE.
From 2014 onwards our mission was to move online and dominate the kettlebell space with the best kettlebell education available.
Fast forward to 2024, we now run some of the biggest online kettlebell communities, have served over 24,000 online students worldwide, sold tens of thousands of kettlebell books across the world, certified hundreds of high-quality kettlebell trainers across the world, and so much more.
Cavemantraining™ since 2009 and will always be. The educational part of the business is slowly moving to IKU™ which is the educational arm for courses, certifications, and other educational content.
The community aspect of the business will be consolidated and become Kettlebell Monster™.
