Kettlebell Workouts and Challenges 3.0 is our 2021 release. I’ve used all the feedback received for the previous books and made sure that the kettlebell workouts are easier to access and have even more details than before. The workouts in book 1 are awesome, the workouts in book 2 are incredible, but the workouts in book 3 are insanely good!
Apart from adding an index for the workouts by the number of kettlebells, I’ve also added an index for workouts by duration and goals. This makes it easy to flip to a page and pick your workout. I’ve also included specific warm-ups for each workout. These workouts have been tried and tested by myself, Anna, and our Caveman Inner Circle members. These are tried and tested workouts to help you reach your kettlebell goals.
