same remarks as for the previous one.
More workouts with one kettlebell, this volume is a good complement to the first volume.
I find the workouts well adapted, I feel the work that is proposed (cardio, endurance, strength).
I appreciated the improved use of the table of contents (click and refer to the workout).

Amazing costumer service, I truly discovered a new world with caveman kettlebell training. It immediately teleports to another dimension. These type of workouts are neglected and maybe even unknown to the regular athlete. My body feels differently since I started doing these workouts ! They are great !

Awesome book full of very cool, challenging and fun workouts and challenges. As everything Cavemantraining, the book has clear and detailed descriptions, advice and tips for each workout. It can be used for workout ideas whether you’re experienced with kettlebells or just starting out, since it provides scaling options or progressions. Thumbs up to Taco Fleur for putting such great content out there for all of us kettlebell enthusiasts !!!

Of the 2 workout books, this is a slight favourite. There are a couple of workouts that were worth repeating from the first workout book. Typically, I like to watch the video first, then read the book and finally make some notes in the book on how it went. Having been in COVID lockdown since March, I have got through more than half of the workouts. The variety and well thought out WODs has kept me interested when i would normally have become bored

incredible amount of detail. Need to read through it again. Love the video links. A great amount of work went into this ebook. A great value. I am a sport guy, but am always looking to learn more about kettlebells and movements associated with the sport. I have already incorporated several stretches and mobility movements into my training sessions. A great book.
