How to use your access

There are many different ways to get value out of your membership. You can complete the new workout each week and pick some favorites from the library to complete around that. You can stick with one workout variation to suit your progression and post to get coaching feedback. You can stick with that workout for a bit until you have implemented all the suggested corrections. You pick several workouts that target different goals like strength, power, cardio, muscular endurance, flexibility, etc., and set a goal to reach. You then work and post each week to reach that goal. You can discuss your goal with the coaches. Of course, posting is optional, you can remain completely private, not participate at all, and just take advantage of the content as you please, but the coaching and feedback are included in the price and it’s the perfect way to learn how to work with kettlebells safely and effectively. In summary, you can:

    Awesome video workouts especially the live sessions online. They are very well-structured, starting with a warm-up and stretch session to prepare you for the main workout. This is always followed on with a good mix of cardio and strength work to finish the session on. During the online-workouts Taco and Anna explain and demonstrate each of the movements clearly, adding variations and alternatives where appropriate for those using only one bell, or are working towards reaching a range of movement to which they are comfortable with. During the live sessions there are always opportunities to ask questions on technique and movement making the whole experience more interactive for those taking part. Overall, The Caveman Inner-circle is great value for money and well worth every penny if you are looking to progress you kettlebell training to the next higher level!

I really enjoyed every single one and not only the fun of working out with others but the content was so very well explained and the questions asked by the members who participated were all answered to a great extend.     Love Love Love the workouts. There are so many to chose from and they are easily adaptable to individual skill and strength levels. My favorite are the flow and complex workouts often include moves that help improve mobility!! I also love the constant updated postings on the facebook page and that I can access the workouts through the facebook inner circle group. And no way in heck can you beat the price !!!

    Regarding weekly workouts – I came here in order to receive the workouts that I would be able to do every single workout and to be able to program my own workout schedule. I found 90 or more units for that. They are well prepared (considering the information provided) and very thorough, however it is takinf me a long time to review the workouts and see if it is for me or not. As I have not much ree time in reviewing all the information provided, I missed some short info, that would be very comfortable to use, and by which the quick decision could be made if the workout is for me or not. What I mean is – short 5-10 seconds videos with the exercise and the name of it (the perfect example would be instagram workout videos. So, when I decide to go to do a workout it takes for me around 3-5 minutes, to review like 20 workouts and then to choose one and start doing it. When I wen to the UNITS in the FB and tried to review them, it took me ~20-25 minutes to review one workout thoroughly in order to start doing it. To be frank – I did twentytwenty – it was a brutal workout and I liked it, but next time I did the workout, I went to instagram and just chose one, because I new I have to invest much more time in looking to Units in Your FB profile. I hope this information will help, because Your workouts are great, but for me personally it takes too much time to get it. Also – the information that is provided should be in the same order from UNIT 1, meaning, that all the information should have the same format. Now one unit description is in PDF, the other one is in .ODT, the third description is in the comments etc…The most presious thing we have in life is time, so it is very important to use it smart 🙂 especially in the information world we are living today.       Hello Justas, first of all, thank you for your feedback. You are the first person to write along those lines.

      The inner circle is not made for quick “jump in and get out” workouts. We focus on form and technique, and above all, safety. The group is about participation and communication. When you go to CrossFit you don’t get to chose what you do, you do what is set out for you that day, in our case week. People that don’t like that will need to fork out money for a coach so that they get private programming catering to them.

      The inner circle is about learning, each workout comes with a lot of details, people that aren’t interested in those details are usually the ones that get injured. You need to invest time into working out safely and as mentioned plenty of times in the welcome post and welcome video, you have us coaches to ask questions, meaning, if at any stage you were lost, you could call upon us.

      Is the inner circle perfect? Of course not, but that’s why you pay only a low fee each week, once our group is perfect, everyone will be paying triple what they are now. Luckily the inner circle can be canceled anytime so that anyone who doesn’t enjoy it can leave if they feel it is not for them.

    I’ve been subscribed only for a about a week, but have attended workouts and workshops Taco shared in his open Facebook group of cavemantraining. It seems the weekly workouts are community chosen via a poll on Facebook. At least in the ‘inner circle’. Although you have access to all weekly workouts from the past, in case you don’t like certain workouts. Easier and harder alternatives in every workout are garuanteed. I highly doubt you run out of workouts to do. Help is garuanteed aswell. There is always the option to ask questions, post videos and create workouts with the community, which I really enjoy so far. Everyone seems very helpful and friendly. However, the sheer amount of ‘getting started’ content can be a little overwhelming. If you take this seriously and actually get something from the money you spent, I highly recommend, that you invest 2 hours before you jump into the actual weekly workouts and work your way through the ebooks and the little test about kettlebell grips on the website. The private group on Facebook is an ‘OK’ platform to manage all the content you get, however if there would be a private-non listed Playlist of all the workouts on YouTube, you probably would have a better time keeping track of everything. Consider the weekly workouts combined with the ‘inner circle’ spot as a personal coaching-light.
