    Hello – I am new to Caveman Training.
    I have played around with kettlebells on my own for a year, but realized I need better training support.

    I started with your free educational offerings on Youtube, and am very impressed with the detail and knowledge displayed by Taco.

    So I bought a couple of Kindle books to start- one being the CAVEMANROM.
    Truth be told, I’m getting old. I need something more than just strength or cardio training. I need some flexibility and core work.

    What really helped was getting a detailed program and workout for range of motion training – the Ulysses – included with the Kindle book.
    I downloaded this, and will add it to my weekly schedule for sure.

    I am definitely looking to make purchases in the future.
