The workouts range from all different goals, core strengthening, back-friendly, shoulder workouts, mobility workouts, leg workouts, single kettlebell workouts, and even kettlebell flows or more complex workouts when you’re ready.
The website allows you to keep track of your scoring, rating, and review so that you can look back on each workout and decide whether to repeat it and improve your scoring. There are also several full-blown routines/programs for those who want structure each week and repeat the same workouts to achieve maximum results.

How Does it Work?
Either in the private group or on our website, you access the pre-recorded video, and click play on the follow-along workout, the kettlebell instructor provides a quick rundown and then a 1-minute countdown to prepare. Both a male and a female trainer will perform the workout which you can follow along to.
Flexibility to Choose
If you want to have more details on how to improve your technique or avoid common mistakes, then you can watch the dedicated videos for that. There is a follow-along warm-up and cooldown video as well, plus more. You do the workout in your own time, at home, and at your time of choosing.
When you have completed the workout, you can post about it in the private group, or you can record your scoring privately. How much you get involved or stay behind the scenes is up to you. For some people, it’s motivating to know that they’re completing the same workouts with other people across the world, and others are perfectly fine just completing the workouts and doing their own thing.
