This course is for people who have never worked with a kettlebell, or who have but feel like they’re missing the fundamentals.
After more than a decade of kettlebell training, I have put together the progressions I use with my athletes, clients, and students. I’m extremely confident that this online kettlebell course will help you understand kettlebell training so that you can train or work out safely at home, in the gym, outdoors, or in your CrossFit box.
You will learn how to lift the kettlebell safely, how to clean, swing, press, row, and all the basic movements needed to perform a full-body workout with the kettlebell. You will also understand how to warm up, cool down, work on mobility, and transition. We’ll also cover a bit of workout programming.
No fitness or kettlebell background is required. Complete beginners welcome!

Excellent course! Highly effective – esp. with the essential warm up & cool down exercises! Focus is on safety first, which is crucial! The trainers are brilliant! Experienced, knowledgeable, and able to connect well with the ‘student’. All in all, I’d recommend this course to anyone interested in kettlebell training — both novices/beginners (like myself) & intermediates.

I am caregiver for my 90 year old mother. I do not have internet access at her house and spend little time at my own (where I do have access). I am very disappointed that I cannot download the videos to this course so that I can use them when I am at my mother’s house. As it is, the course is all but totally ineffective…. doing things with poor form, etc. As far as content is concerned, the course seems to be very well developed as a very good, very basic course on the use of kettlebells. I just wish I could use it to its fullest extent.

Hi Mark, I understand your feedback. The reason we offer DVDs is for this reason. There are not many people these days that do not have mobile or other internet access, but for those that don’t, we offer DVDs.

I decided to go back to basics as I was getting silly injuries and strains which were all my own fault. This book corrected pretty much all of them. So worth the time and very small investment.

Dear David, you must have missed the part that stated in bold “This is not support, for support contact…”. You also must have missed the big bold messages on the order confirmation and in your email that informs you to download all files to your computer as they will be removed from our system for download after 7 days. We’re not a storage service. The reason ebooks need to be downloaded is because each one is stamped with personal details for security, if we permanently stored all books that we sold we would be hosting over 2 Terrabyte of data.
21 Days refers to the steps, absolutely nothing to do with the number of days this course expires (it doesn’t expire). If you contacted support for the issues that you experienced, which are more likely user-error as you’re the first one reporting this, we could have solved the issue for you. Now, this support case is up on the internet as each of the submitted reviews go to an external review system.
