NEO is a kettlebell strength program with an intelligent split. NEO has 5 days (can be turned into 4 or 3), KRATOS, ATLAS, HERACLES, CHAOS, and ZEUS. The main focus is strength and flexibility, then cardio, and a touch of power. It can be used as an 8 or 12-week program and you should cycle through it as you achieve increased strength.

The work is split over 5 days and can be completed with single or double kettlebell. The strength rep volume is low and the cardio is short. The strength exercises are based on the Squat, Press, Shrug, Row, Curl, and other awesome core exercises. The 5 days can be done consecutively in one week, but they can also be done with one day rest after each work day and it’s also possible to reduce the days into 4 or 3.
The flexibility work is hidden in the workout as active recovery and each workout is around 30 minutes with usually only 70% of that being work.
The program comes with a bonus of 4 weeks of coaching in an online group (camp). This is a program you will be able to use for the rest of your life but you can and should use the 4 weeks for coaching, and you can even work on the fundamentals.
If you decide to also join the camp, know that there is no need to go live, there is no specific time to work out, you work in your own time and you devote as much or as little to the camp as you want. You keep access to the content after the 4 weeks so you can always complete it later and just use the camp to prepare and gain more knowledge.
The 4-week online camp can be used to immerse yourself in the strength exercises and learn to do things right while taking advantage of the top-notch coaching, and/or you can just dive into the workouts. You can also focus on the fundamentals and get those right before you immerse yourself in the workouts. The choice is yours, but know that you will have content for years to come and a program/routine to stick to.
