3. Master The Kettlebell Snatch L3
4. CAVEMANROM™ Mobility Under Load L3

Upon enrollment, you will immediately get access to:

1. Kettlebell Fundamentals Trainer L3.0 Online Certification
2. Master The Kettlebell Swing L3 Online Certification
3. Master The Kettlebell Snatch L3 Online Certification
4. CAVEMANROM™ Mobility Under Load L3 Online Certification

After passing, you will receive the IKU™ Certified Kettlebell Flow Trainer certificate but not the individual certificates for each of the above. In other words, the Kettlebell Flow Trainer Certification is based on the above material, but you are not required to complete the physical tests for each of those certifications. You will have to pass the assessments, however, they will be less strict and passed easier than when going for individual certification.

As an example, if you enroll in the Master The Kettlebell Swing certification outside of the Flow certification, you would have to pass the physical tests associated with that certification and each assessment would be a lot stricter.

These courses lay the foundation for a kettlebell flow trainer. Trainers who have already completed all of the above courses can request a discount.

Note: each of the above courses usually takes 4 to 8 weeks to complete and the kettlebell flow adds another 2 to 4 weeks. How quickly you complete and pass will depend on your level of kettlebell training, an advanced kettlebell trainer could pass everything within 3 months if they were dedicated.

  If you have not already completed the required courses or have a similar certificate that we recognize it can take anywhere from 6 to 12 weeks to complete if you worked on it full time and already had a good understanding of kettlebell training; for beginners it could take anywhere from 3 to 12 months to complete
• Why does it take so long?
  We have extremely high standards that need to be met and there is a lot of information to study
• Do I have to complete assessments and exams?
  Yes, you will have to submit videos and complete online exams
