Kettlebell for beginners

“I am familiar with Taco, and his teaching, but had no idea I had access to this on Prime. I have been training with kettlebells for a number of years, and they are a big part of how I have improved my strength, power, mobility, health, and mental health. I will train with kettlebells until my dying day. This video is a great tool for someone that wants to train with kettlebells or has even been training for a while. I even learned some tips as well as how to do certain exercises I don’t train. For experienced individuals, the greatest benefits I think is giving you tools to help instruct those new to kettlebells as well as giving you some exercises, and the tools to do it right that you may not have trained previously I am really looking forward to checking out more of Taco’s videos, and books. I also recommend you check out his YouTube channel Cavemantraining.” Larry

Another kettlebell course review

“I love this trainer and I am really enjoying this program. It is easy to follow and the production is so sharp it seems just like Taco is training right next to you. I’m on Day 10. It has a great and thorough warmup and a great stretching and mobility routine as well. Looking forward to trying some other programs such as the Kettlebell challenges and workouts” Jojo

“Excellent value for the money for learning the basics of kettlebell training. Taco presents what could be an intimidating topic in a warm, common-sense manner. Fundamental kettlebell training is broken down for the student in bite-sized pieces that can be easily understood and performed by a true beginner. The lessons follow a logical progression, taking you from grips to lifts to cleans, swings, and presses. Topics build upon each other, reinforcing what you learn along the way. There is enough material to review the course multiple times, yet you don’t feel like you are drinking from a firehose. Particularly good are Taco’s explanations of why certain movements are used for certain tasks, muscle groups utilized, the importance of mind-muscle connection, and the importance of progression. Taco shows you the safe way to perform kettlebell exercises and how to avoid injury and common annoyances for those new to the sport. All movements demonstrated are shown with scaling options for those with less flexibility and strength; it truly is a course anyone could take. This course will provide a solid base to begin your kettlebell journey and will serve as a great reference along the way.” Jonathan Scheibly

“As a complete newbie to kettlebells, this course was perfect for me. Taco spends the first few days covering the basics, and trust me, if you’re a beginner you need them.

Taco’s presentation style is clear and engaging and the videos are just the right length, giving you time to go over them if you need to or spend the time practicing on your own.

If you’re new to kettlebells and you want to learn how to use them safely and maximize them, then this course is for you.” Tope Olukemi
