This intense kettlebell combo was designed for one of our weekly online kettlebell workouts. The combo is a dead swing, half snatch, into an overhead reverse lunge, and repeat on the other side. In other words:
- Upswing with a hip hinge
- Snatch with a hip hinge
- Keep it overhead
- Overhead reverse lunge
- Drop into racking (the half part of the half snatch)
- Drop into backswing
- Back dead to the ground
There are more ways to swing or snatch a kettlebell than with a hip hinge, hence the reason for being specific.
The kettlebell combo is great for an intense cardio session.
