This kettlebell flow was filmed on the cliffed coast (Falesia) of La Spezia Italy. The kettlebell flow consists of:

  1. Squat
  2. Dead curl
  3. Stand up
  4. Lateral clean
  5. Lateral snatch
  6. Circular clean
  7. Return to dead
  8. Repeat on the other side
