The Turkish Get-up is such an awesome full-body exercise and I’ve decided to devote some more writing to it. Cavemantraining will be releasing the following article soon “The Turkish Get-up Broken Down to Build You Up”. So stay tuned. For now, I will leave you with a short version of the video.
The article and video to be released will break the TGU down in steps, and each step details the actions taken. I’ll also include some tips on how to minimise or prevent that straight leg from coming up on the first step. So if you’re having issues with this, make sure you check out that tip.
