This is currently one of my favourite kettlebell combo’s, I used it last week in one of our Caveman WODs. Because the exercise should be done with good form (shouldn’t all!?) and at a slower pace, this was a good candidate to perform for 5 minutes long, hence I put it in for 5 minutes, 2 minutes rest, then 5 minutes alternating chest press, 2 minutes rest, 5 minutes alternating bent over dead rows, 2 rest and finally to top it off, five minutes of double racked front squat and surrenders —these will get your heart rate up.
