MAXE2MOM CrossFit Barbell Complex

Rx weight 95lbs for male and 65lbs for female.

Meaning, go for max rounds possible with a 30lbs/20lbs weight increase at the 30-minute mark. A round is every two minutes on the timer.

The MAXE2MOM barbell complex:

  • Deadlift
  • Clean
  • Squat
  • Jerk
  • Hang power clean
  • Jerk
  • Alternating racked reverse lunge
  • Repeat once more all unbroken and within the 2 minutes


To perform:

  1. Deadlift with a hip hinge
  2. Return to dead
  3. Clean
  4. Rack
  5. Full extension
  6. Squat
  7. Full extension
  8. Jerk
  9. Rack
  10. Power hang clean
  11. Jerk
  12. Rack
  13. Reverse lunge
  14. Reverse lunge with the other side
  15. Return to dead
  16. Repeat one more time all unbroken

Unbroken means that the full sequence is performed in one go without putting the weight down. If you put the weight down during the complex when you’re not supposed to then the workout ends. Resting in rack or overhead is allowed.
