Yes, you can, because no matter what, we provide personalized alternatives after communicating with you. That means if we program something like the following, swings and double kettlebell squats, and you’re not at the level of working with double bells or require squat strength/technique first, we adjust.
If we program a complex flow like the following and you might not have the ability to snatch or windmill, then we adjust and change the snatch to clean and push press, the windmill to alternative exercise that builds you up for the full windmill, etc.
