Kettlebell Cyclone – Don’t train plain, train multi-plane

I’ve combined several exercises into one kettlebell complex and named it Kettlebell Cyclone, it’s rotational, explosive, ballistic, core challenging and functional, great for fighters, baseball players, golfers and anyone wanting to challenge their core.
