In this clip I focus on how to unlock the power and explosiveness you already have but haven’t yet unlocked. Enter The Suitcase Swing.
This is an advanced double kettlebell move which demands aggression and speed to gain its full effectiveness. The benefits of this move carry over to any and all things powerful, explosive and fast. This is not a move that you will do all the time, but it is one of my favourite kettlebell moves and the first move I look to when I desire an increase in my deadlift.
Add it to your training arsenal and realise just how much power you already have.
