  • Arm(s) straight overhead
  • Elbows fully extended (to be discussed, could be redundant due to above requirement)
  • Hand inline with the shoulder
  • Hips in neutral position (fully extended)
  • Knees in neutral position (fully extended)
  • One straight line from the hand to the ankle (side-on view)
