- Arm(s) straight overhead
- Elbows fully extended (to be discussed, could be redundant due to above requirement)
- Hand inline with the shoulder
- Hips in neutral position (fully extended)
- Knees in neutral position (fully extended)
- One straight line from the hand to the ankle (side-on view)
