Are you doing lots of burpees and are experiencing knee pain? Do you wonder why?

Allow me to introduce a quick a little tip/drill that will make things click and help understand how you need to pull your hips up to get your legs safely under you.

Before even starting to do burpees, focus on the downward and upward dog to see if you or your clients have the ability to pull the hips up high. Doing this exercise will strengthen the areas around the scapula and spine required to pull the hips up high into the air so that your legs can come under without putting pressure on the knees.

See the video above or on YouTube for more details.
