This kettlebell flow consists of the following kettlebell exercises:
- Clean once
- Racking position (start position)
- Through the leg pass
- Hang clean
- Hang snatch
- Full lateral snatch
- Windmill
- Hang switch
- Repeat from starting position
If you want to learn how to flow, you must master the basics of kettlebell training first, then you must master the kettlebell clean, followed by the kettlebell snatch, and then you can flow.
