This is a beginner workout that can be completed by anyone that has one kettlebell. It’s a full-body workout designed so that you can adjust it to suit your current conditioning and challenge it once you are progressing.

When you’re not sure what to do with the kettlebell(s) that you have, this is exactly what you need to get a good workout in and have a routine that you can repeat for a long time.

Although it’s a beginner workout, it can be adjusted for higher levels as well and will provide quite a challenge.

This is a workout that you can repeat several times a week and keep using while increasing strength and cardiovascular endurance.

Over 90 minutes of video content.

Starting is as simple as pressing play on the follow-along warm-up video, warm-up, and continuing with the prep work (the work recommend to do before the workout) and then following on with the actual workout. Again, just press play, a 1-minute countdown will be displayed and from there you can just follow along with what you see on the screen. The video can be put in full screen and played back in HD.

If you want more information on how to perform the warm-up and workout, then you would first watch the technique videos that are included. If you want to make sure that you’re doing things right then you would watch the common mistakes video and learn how to avoid those. To prepare for the workout there is a prep video that starts with low reps and light weight to build up to the actual workout.
