You will need to pass the following skill assessments:
- Assisted Dead Clean Drill
- Strict Shoulder Press
- Pendulum Swing
- Pendulum Clean (single and double)
- Pendulum Clean And Push Press (single and double)
- Jerk (single and double)
- Half Snatch
- Full Snatch
To pass this level 3 of Kettlebell Sport Trainer, you have 3 months to train up and pass the following physical tests:
- 10 minutes of double kettlebell long cycle jerk unbroken
- 10 minutes of full snatch unbroken with only one switch
Performed with a suitable weight agreed upon in communication with your assessor.
You will have up to 4 months to reach the official kettlebell sport rank 3 judged and issued by IKSFA. You are not required to compete, the ranking test is part of the certification to demonstrate that you have obtained the required skills.
