I love any type of snatching, seriously I do. I love barbell snatching, I love dumbbell snatching, but most of all I love kettlebell snatches, the double kettlebell half snatch is my absolute favourite.
Rack, drop, pull-out, hook grip, back swing, up swing, pull, bell to body proximity, open up, insert, corkscrew, press out, lockout, drop, catch, rack and REPEAT. It’s so powerful.
