This is a kettlebell interval workout with two kettlebells. You need two medium kettlebells and the workout takes 8 minutes, 15 minutes with warm-up etc.
This kettlebell workout is all about strength. You need two heavy kettlebells and the workout itself takes about 40 to 45 minutes with warm-up etc. This is literally my go-to workout every week or every other week.
This kettlebell workout has cardio aerobic, strength, cardio anaerobic, and flexibility all in 1. A true full body workout that has something for everyone.

I designed this workout especially for my own training, to move better in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, improve cardiovascular endurance, and so on. But that doesn’t mean this workout is no good if you’re not interested in combat sports like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Quite the contrary. This workout is good for anyone wanting to improve their cardio and explosiveness.

Kettlebell Challenges
The HULK Test is short, just a 5 round interval workout to test every inch of you. Can you smash Hulk, or Hulk smash you?!
Five hundred alternating swing clean and strict presses FOR TIME. Try and complete as many without putting the kettlebell down, but with good form and technique.
This challenge can be short, or it can be long, all depends on how long you take to complete 100 of the worlds best kettlebell combo!?
