I designed this workout especially for my own training, to move better in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, improve cardiovascular endurance, and so on. But that doesn’t mean this workout is no good if you’re not interested in combat sports like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Quite the contrary. This workout is good for anyone wanting to improve their cardio and explosiveness.
