The challenge is extremely simple!
Perform 100 reps of the best kettlebell combo in the world FOR TIME, film it, post it on Facebook, YouTube, or Instagram, tag with @Cavemantraining or @realcavemantraining on Instagram. Make sure to include your division details as listed below.
Movement standards:
- Hips below knee line on the squat
- Full lockout on the thruster and snatch
- Elbows
- Hips
- Knees
- Hip hinge for the snatch
Weight requirements:
- You decide on the weight
- Two kettlebells
- Uneven weights are allowed
Video requirements:
- No editing
- No cuts
- Submit to Youtube or Facebook
- Side on filming (you can submit front and side if you like, but the side is the requirement)
Divisions are created as follows:
- Male or female
- Kettlebell weight
