What do you need? Two kettlebells minimum for double work and optimal is a good heavy collection. Beginners can work with just one kettlebell.
Only join if you:
- Are interested in becoming stronger
- Have 6 weeks available
- Have a minimum of 2 days a week available to train
You will be part of a private group with only other people who’ll be partaking as well. You can join if you’re not on Facebook, you will get everything but the group support.
Beginners, you can always upgrade your kettlebell collection later. The priority will be to lay a foundation of strength and technique anyway, there will even be alternatives and progressions, hence, you’ll be fine.
I completed my final Beast workout last evening. I was quite chuffed with the outcome. I PB’d on a number of tasks, including strict press. My final numbers were.
