The first task of the workout is FOR TIME and performed with a double kettlebell or single if you do the alternatives. There is a 9-minute time cap, so if you finish before the end of 9 minutes you head straight into the next task or if the 9-minute time cap runs out. The second task is an 8-minute AMRAP, and the last task is a buy-out.
