We’re on the move and below is a list of our fluid route to spread kettlebell knowledge across Europe.

We currently have our Cavemantraining Master trainer in Canada who will be running workshops and certifications, a second trainer is up and coming in Asia. Both Anna and I will be traveling in Europe to provide kettlebell workshops and certifications:

How to book a workshop or certification

If you’re a host then you can contact us to arrange an event at your location. If you’re a student and want to partake in a workshop/certification then register your interest and we will count the numbers of interested people at your location to then find a host. As a host you will need to have a location that can accommodate 8 people or more, you will also need to have access to kettlebells (any type). Contact us on Facebook or via email


Workshop or certification?

A workshop is more fluid and focused on a set of kettlebell exercises specifically chosen for the audience. Workshops can be anywhere from 2 to 8 hours per day. A certificate of attendance is issued after the workshop. A certification follows a certain curriculum and the attendants will need to successfully pass an exam and complete assessments. A certificate is issued after successful passing and the student is officially certified by Cavemantraining. We also provide private knowledge sharing sessions for our hosts, i.e. those who provide accommodation, location, audience, or something else.



What are some of the topics, exercises, certifications taught?

1) Unconventional kettlebell exercises for mobility and flexibility.

Exercises that are part of the CAVEMANROM suite of exercises can be taught in a workshop or certification format.

  1. Bent press variations
  2. Overhead squat
  3. Hindu squat variations
  4. Curtsy lunge variations
  5. Sots press
  6. Windmill variations

2) Intense kettlebell exercises or combos for CrossFit

Exercises that are extremely well suited for CrossFit WODs.

  1. Gorilla cleans
  2. Hang clean and jerk
  3. Hang clean into squat
  4. Kettlebell man makers

3) Programming kettlebells for CrossFit

Stand out from the crowd with kettlebell exercises that will make your box stand out from the crowd. Learn how to incorporate kettlebells into your regular programming. Learn how to make do with the kettlebells you got. Learn how to mix kettlebell exercises with other equipment or exercises.


4) Kettlebell combos

Learn how to string kettlebell exercises together and create your own combos, or learn how to perform our pre-designed combos.

5) Kettlebell exercises and their variations

The workshop can focus on one kettlebell exercise and its variations. A whole 4 to 8 hours can be spent on just one exercise alone, the swing, clean, snatch, etc. There is also a 2-day certification for Kettlebell Clean Trainer and Kettlebell Snatch Trainer.


6) Kettlebell fundamentals

Just focus on the fundamentals of kettlebell training, learn the most important aspects of kettlebell training upon which a solid and safe progression can be made. The Kettlebell Training Fundamentals can be provided as a workshop or certification.


7) How to design kettlebell workouts

Learn how to design your kettlebell workouts, how to warm-up, how to pick the right exercises, the right weight, the correct progression, etc.


8) High volume, endurance, basics to kettlebell sport

Dig deep in the swing, clean, jerk, half snatch, and full snatch. Learn how to be efficient, understand when to change technique. Learn about pacing and mental toughness.

10 minutes full snatch, 30 minutes half snatch, 60 minutes clean and jerk, etc.


9) Kettlebells for BJJ/MMA

Fast explosive movements, strength, power, and above all, flexibility and mobility. Learn important kettlebell exercises that will injury-proof you. If you run a fight gym you can’t go fast kettlebells. Learn the fundamental exercises to include in training.


What is the cost?

The cost of certifications are fixed and as follows:

  1. Kettlebell Fundamentals Trainer €350 pp
  2. Kettlebell Clean Trainer L3 €125 pp or L3 + L3.1 €175 pp
  3. Kettlebell Snatch Trainer L3 €200 pp or L3+L4 €300 pp
  4. CAVEMANROM Trainer L3 €400 pp

Each certification includes a copy of the corresponding ebook. Each certification allows you to re-take the assessments online within 3 months until successfully passing.

Kettlebell certified

The cost of the workshops is charged per person. The cost per person is €45 for 4 hours and €75 for 8 hours. Each workshop requires a minimum of €200.  Maximum 30 people per workshop. The host is welcome to put money on top of the fee.


FREE knowledge sharing

Kettlebells are our passion, not everything in life is about money. Got a gym? Want to just meet up, share some knowledge, do a workout, complete a WOD, share some Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu moves, have a roll/match, film something, show us a part of your country while we lug a kettlebell along and our DJI drone is filming? Have a place to park our car and pitch a tent? Have a house for rent? Tell us your idea and we’ll consider it.
