Form Follows Function

Without patting myself on the back too hard, I would say I’m in pretty good shape. I wouldn’t consider myself a model of human perfection by any means (by fitness industry standards, I’m average at best), but in a country where general unhealthiness and obesity are so common, I do tend to stand out amongst […]

Find Yours…

I’ve been training most my life, I’ve trained hundreds if not nearly over a thousand people in many different countries, but the one thing I see that I need, the one thing that I see others need is REASON, a reason to train. I’ve had times where I struggled, I’ve seen people quit and give

Kettlebell Life

Kettlebell Life. Pursue Life, Not a Career!

What I’m going to tell you is not to boast, but is written in the hope you will pursue what makes you happy. I’ve not had an awesome childhood, so I left home at 15 and entered the military at 16, and never looked back. Left the country I was born in, the Netherlands, at age 19 (approx) and moved to Spain, which is one of the best countries to live in, for me, the sky is a different kind of blue here, unlike anywhere else, the mountains are so peaceful, the streams and canyons are absolutely beautiful.

Weight Loss or Fat Loss?

Extreme dieting is not the way to go. If you are not working on creating a sustainable diet for yourself, you will almost certainly experience the Yo-Yo Effect—you may get results quickly, but you’ll lose them just as quickly, and more than likely end up in a worse situation than before, with even more bodyfat and less muscle.
