    Long warmup, extensive focus on all joints. I will do this workout once a week for mobility and strength. I got some really good ideas out of it that I will work on because they are still challenging for me but with the steps you describe I will get there. I love challenges that I can achieve based on step by step instructions. This video gives me targets and a roadmap.
