Cavemantraining is a versatile programme that’s suitable for beginners and more advanced exercisers. It’s a specially formulated system of training that will give you results, fast. Our training sessions are specially designed by our highly-qualified trainers so that the sessions are short, yet efficient and effective.

Cavemantraining revolves around high-intensity training. The exercises that we choose are functional. By that, we mean that these are movements that you’d use in sports, or in everyday life.

Cavemantraining combines strength training exercises with plyometric exercises so that you’ll be working on strength and stamina at the same time. Each day, our experienced instructors put a great deal of thought into choosing exercises and designing programmes for the day. Each programme is fresh and unique – we hardly ever repeat a programme. You’ll never know what to expect every time you do a Cavemantraining workout, and that keeps things exciting for our participants. It also means that you’ll keep challenging your body as it won’t have time to adapt – it’s a sure-fire way to make sure that you keep making progress.

During some of your Cavemantraining sessions, we’ll push you so that you’re in the “red zone”. You’ll be working at near maximum intensity, and you’ll be gasping and sweating, while your heart pounds heavily in your chest. You’ll be building muscle and shredding fat at the same time. It’s brutal, but efficient.

For those of us who train for vanity – hey let’s be honest, many of us train to look good – Cavemantraining will help you to lose fat, and you’ll find that your clothes are looser and you’re looking better than you ever have before.

Cavemantraining doesn’t just change you physically however. Cavemantraining will also bring you out of your comfort zone, and get you to push past your self-imposed limits. Athletes and sportsmen often lose big matches not because of their technical skills, but because they lack the mental toughness to push on, and stay in the game.
