    Had no prior knowledge of kettlebell training but was interested in its versatility as a training tool.
    I found Taco while looking up kettlebell courses on Udemy. His approach seemed very holistic. His approach of the muscle activation (mind-muscle connection) and stretching routines seemed to be more than just providing a bunch of exercises. I also checked his videos out on YouTube and his thorough approach left me with no doubts about purchasing this course.
    The course has a very gradual and natural progression of exercises. The focus is initially on building the skills rather than focusing on routines right away.
