The Private Trainer course is not specific to a certain discipline, it does require successfully passing four of the most fundamentals movements, respectively being:

  • hip hinge
  • squat
  • push/press
  • pull

As a certified Private Trainer you will understand how to work with someone one-on-one and help reach their goals, not only physically through exercise but also through nutrition and being able to help with the mental aspect.
