The Group Trainer course is not specific to a certain discipline, it does require successfully passing four of the most fundamentals movements, respectively being:

  • hip hinge
  • squat
  • push/press
  • pull

As a certified Group Trainer you will understand how to work with a group of people, focus on safety, and understand how to reach group objectives.
