    It’s an awesome workout and a must do for folks who do kettlebell workouts. Must say that Taco in particular has got me into kettlebell training again. Thanks to the team for providing such great info for free.

    A very interesting strength/endurance workout!
    It’s full-body, and consists of the major movement patterns — push, pull, hinge & squat.
    Doing less reps while going super-slow forces a lot of TUT (time under tension), while allowing one to use heavier weights, all the while maintaining good form, and yet makes it excruciating in the last round/last few reps 😀
    To top it all, Taco & team have very nicely included a mobility routine as well as a ‘finisher’ as well!
    One thing I’d had hope for was more details on rest periods/rest times, but since they mention clearly to not rush & to take as much rest as possible, I guess that’s that…
    All in all, an effective, intelligently programmed, full body routine!
