    Sots press are very demanding and I would say, an advance technique. At first I couldn’t do any rep with my 16kg but after this information I start doing my first 3 reps each hand and now I’m going for 5 reps in a row each hand

    Had to see what this was all about. Overhead squat is hard… overhead pressing, wow! This one’s a good workout, thats for sure.
