As a beginner working with 2 bells at a time is still something I am learning, along with not smashing my forearms to a pulp. I absolutely love that you included a warmup and how much emphasis you put on that. I am notorious for jumping into a workout with minimal prep and running away without stretching at the end. I was also watching your partner in crime (the lady doing the workout with you) and got some ideas from her that made my life a bit easier. Your pointers are really good about where and what to focus on, what the movement is trying to accomplish. Also the PDF had a ton of good information in it about the movements and how to scale them. I will definitely rotate this into my workouts.

I’ve started doing this one every week. The alternative versions of the task exercises are more for me, cause I don’t own a lot of pairs of kettle bells (0 in total). The video and the .pdf are so detailed in there instruction that following along with one heavy bell and one medium bell is simple. This is a very good package that has been put together, from the warm up to the last task I find very valuable.
