Joseph Parent who completed the course said:
If you had to pick one bad thing about the course?
To be completely honest, I cannot think of anything that stood out as bad. Some major learning curves, but taking an open mind to the training, this had to be one of the best trainings I’ve completed.
If you had to pick one good thing?
The level of detail provided in the review of the exercises and requirement for resubmitting. I truly appreciate the time taken to analyze and dissect the video to ensure my learning.
What would you change about the course?
It would have been fun to also include the basics of the snatch, but for the cost values vs education received I don’t think I could find anything that could beat this class.
What was the most valuable info from the course?
The racking grip for sure. But I’ve always had tight shoulders, thinking the Arnold-style press was the most optimal, but after the simple explanation of how you would mimic reaching for something going directly up was like ohhh… that makes sense.
I also like the importance of heavier weight required for some exercises.
What was annoying about the course?
I’m a very detail-oriented person and can drive clients crazy, but this was something else on another level in all aspects of my fitness education.
