This is tough, potentially-dangerous exercise/movement, and I’d recommend that one sticks to the bodyweight version until that has REALLY been mastered! Only then, one may progress to VERY LIGHT weights!
And, this safety-first approach is also seen in this tutorial book. The accompanying video is good to look at, to get a visual feel, but alone it isn’t of much use, as the real instructions are in the e-book – and one NEEDS to go through those to perform this exercise SAFELY & CORRECTLY!
The e-book is useful & fulfills its purpose.
