I’m becoming a huge fan of Taco’s style of presentation/instruction. This guide is no different. So easy to pick up the bell for a few easy swings-boom!- warm up done, right? Wrong this an amazing way for priming up. Love body weight training and these drills are great for getting the most out your swings. Of late caveman training is becoming my go to for KB training. Loving the lack of the dogmatic must/musint do this or that. Taco’s style is much more open to whatever it is you’re trying to do in first place. Highly recommend, for anything 👍🏻
