You should know and remember that not everything is black or white. This course already covers a lot and to really get into the nitty-gritty of kettlebell training would double the content of this course. Sometimes I will make a choice for something and not explain the reasons behind the choice, but this does not mean there is only one way of doing a certain thing, or that other explanations are wrong. You should keep an open mind and learn how to analyze whether something is safe and meets a certain goal and if the answer is yes then it’s a correct way of doing something.
Not being rigid with your thinking and opinions will drastically help you gain more knowledge about kettlebell training.
