The course is divided into Introduction, Fundamentals, and Intermediate to Advanced.

Course Levels

Depending on what level of the course you are completing, you might have to submit for assessments, tests, and pass exams. Take note of what level you have enrolled in.

There is no expiry for the course content, however, if you have enrolled in level 3 or up, there is a course expiry date that requires you to complete that level within a given time.

L2 Course level does not have any requirements but it’s highly recommended that you complete the practice activities to truly understand the course material.

L3 and L3.1 Trainer level and up requires you to submit assessments and pass, and pass exams all successfully to receive a certificate of certification at the end. Physical test requirements are listed further below.

L4 Teacher level requires you to film yourself while teaching someone else the clean progression as covered in this course. Physical test requirements are listed further below.

L3 requires you to pass the following assessments and tests:

Physical Tests

1 set of 50 reps single kettlebell dead clean (switch at will)
1 set of 50 reps single kettlebell hang clean (switch at will)
1 set of 50 reps single kettlebell swingclean (switch at will)
1 set of 30 reps single kettlebell speed switch (using a heavier weight)

There is a 2-and-a-half-minute time limit per set and a 1-minute rest after each set

L3.1 requires you to pass the following assessments and tests:

Test 2

5-minute unbroken double kettlebell pendulum clean

With a suitable weight agreed upon with your assessor
The second 5-minute test can be performed on another day

L4 requires you to pass the following assessments and tests:

Everything from L3 up to this level.

Physical Tests
10 × dead start open palm clean
50 × alternating kettlebell dead clean
50 × pass-through switch clean
50 × suitcase hang clean
10 × dead start waiters clean
Switch at will
15-minute time-cap
16kg/35lb for males and 12kg/26lb for females

L5 requires you to pass the following assessments and tests:

Everything from L3 up to this level.

Physical Tests
100 × double kettlebell dead clean
Double 16kg/35lb for males and 12kg/26lb for females
10-minute time-cap

The additional assessments, tests, and exams are always delivered in a separate course that you’ll be enrolled in. This course will only provide you with the video and some of the text material.

L6 requires you to pass the following assessments and tests:

Everything from L3 up to this level.

The L3 test now has a minimum weight requirement of 20kg/44lb for males and 16kg/35lb for females. For the L3.1 test, it is 16kg/35lb for males and 12kg/26lb for females. This means the L3 tests need to be completed either again but with this weight requirement or must have been completed for the first time with this weight requirement.

Familiarize Yourself

If you have enrolled in anything higher than L2 you should familiarize yourself with the requirement in those levels. You would have received an email with a direct link to the levels and you should check those levels out.

They all require you to work with this course first as the main material is all located here and only the exams, assessments, and tests are separated into those additional courses.
