What is The Kettlebell Snatch?
MTKS What is the kettlebell snatch?
The kettlebell snatch is a kettlebell exercise that has many variations. The exercise itself dictates that the weight starts from under the hips and ends overhead. The movement in which the weight is brought from start to end can vary but always has to be one smooth, fast, and powerful movement.
The snatch can be performed with a hip hinge or squat movement, with a single or double kettlebell, and the weight can start dead, from racking, into a hang or a swing and then snatched up overhead.
