Black or White

You should know and remember that nothing is hardly ever black or white. Sometimes the explanation or demo will be based on a choice for something, and the reason for that might not be explained, but this does not mean that there is only one way of doing a certain thing, or that other explanations are wrong. You should keep an open mind and learn how to analyze whether something is safe and meets a certain goal. If the answer is yes, then it’s a correct way of doing something.

Also, consider that the intention of this course is to build someone up from scratch. When working with someone who has already mastered the squat, the training and teaching will be different.

Not being rigid with your thinking and opinions will drastically help you gain more knowledge about kettlebell training.
