Submitting Videos

Only levels 3 and up require video submissions. To submit your videos for assessment:

  • Upload to one of the following:
    • YouTube
    • Rumble
    • Or any other video hosting platform
  • Make sure the video is public (or viewable with a link only)
  • Verify that the link is publicly accessible by logging out of your video platform account and accessing the link
  • Copy the link to the video and paste it into the exam question

Other points that your submissions need to adhere to:

  • Make sure that your whole body can be viewed in the video
  • There should be no parts of the body or kettlebell that come outside of the frame
  • The filming area needs to be well-lit
  • Do not wear baggy clothes
  • Make sure to read the required angles for submission, i.e. front-on, side-on, etc.
  • Write down the weight that you used for each assessment and submit it together with the video link
  • Make sure to review your video and self-assess
  • Compare your form and technique to the demo video

Whenever you submit a video for assessment, know that each submission builds upon the previous one. This means, that even though you can continue with submitting the next video, it could mean that you are still going to receive feedback on a previously submitted video that can contain a mistake that needs to be corrected. This is just something to keep in mind, it does not mean that it’s better to wait before submitting the next video unless you are already aware that your technique or form needs work.
