This workout hits all major muscles and groups plus more:

  • Soleus
  • Hamstrings
  • Quadriceps
  • Gluteals
  • Abdominals
  • Obliques
  • Pectorals
  • Coracobrachialis
  • Deltoids
  • Trapezius (upper, mid and lower)
  • Biceps
  • Brachialis
  • Brachioradialis

You’ll also work all muscles in the hip flexors and extensors.
